Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Standard Shipping

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 7-10 business days from the order’s ship date.  Please note: Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) will ship the same day. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

2-Day Express Shipping

Orders shipped via 2-Day Shipping are delivered within 2 days from ship date. Please Note: Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) will ship the same day. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Overnight Shipping

Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.  Overnight orders placed by 12 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.  Orders placed after 12 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please not: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays); orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

*Please Note: The above shipping policies do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times may vary for these destinations.

do you ship to my country?

Unfortunately, we only currently ship to locations inside the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, but excluding Army bases. We’re actively working on international shipping so please stay tuned for updates.

return and refund policy

Only items purchased on the SLMD Skincare website can be returned to slmdskincare.com for refund. Items purchased in a retailer store or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Products purchased from slmdskincare.com can be returned to our facility within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, please review the following requirements for online purchases:

  • The product must be returned within the 30 days of the original order date. Returns made beyond the following time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address on the original order
  • The product is to be returned in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and with all original seals attached 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return to properly file a refund. The proof of purchase may be the packing slip or a printed copy of the order confirmation. 

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 

SLMD Skincare reserves the right to deny a product return request and properly dispose any product returned to our facility.

 

To proceed with the return process, please contact the SLMD Service Team by completing this form.

Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM PST. A Service Team member will respond within 24-48 hours during regular business hours to file the return form and advise next steps, including where to ship the return. Products must be returned in it’s original package with receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the items have been returned and inspected at our facility a refund will be filed. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from SLMD Skincare.

 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged item, please contact the SLMD Service Team as soon as possible to resolve the issue.  If you believe that your order is received damaged or defective, please submit images of the damaged item, original SLMD packaging (including the box the order was shipped in with the label visible) in order to best assist you. 

 

Cancellations

We are unable to intercept or make any changes to an order once it has been placed and processed by our warehouse. All orders are processed as soon as they are submitted to get your order on its way as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. You can return your order for a full refund. Original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred in connection with the return are non-refundable. See full return and refund policy above.

 

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Please note, returns can take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
