Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure your orders reach their destination by or before December 25, please note the deadlines below, which indicate the dates by which orders need to be placed.

Standard Shipping: 12 PM (PST) December 14

2-day Shipping: 12 PM (PST) December 20

Overnight Shipping: 12 PM (PST) December 21


Standard Shipping

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 7-10 business days from the order’s ship date.  Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

2-Day Shipping

Orders shipped vis 2-Day Shipping are delivered within 2 days from ship date.  Please Note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

Overnight Shipping

Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.  Overnight orders placed by 8AM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.  Orders placed after 8AM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please not: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays); orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

*Please Note: The above shipping policies do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.  Shipping prices and delivery times may vary for the above destinations.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from SLMD Skincare.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Please note, returns can take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
