Whyare items always sold out

Customer service is worse than poor.

Here is the history. My products were ordered on May 31. I called SLMD on 6/11/26 and told them I had not received the products. I told SLMD I had also not received a tracking number and that the website continued to show my order as unfulfilled. SLMD apologized and said there was a technical problem on their end and offered me a 15% "courtesy" discount ($18. 00). I asked representative if he was going to give me the courtesy discount on this order or another order. He said, no "it would be on your "next" order. " I told the merchant I hadn't even received this order; would he please give me the 15% discount on this order. He put me on hold for a few minutes, then came back on the phone and told me he applied the courtesy discount as a refund to this order. That refund was shown in my PayPal account as $18. 00 and was refunded on 6/11/26.

The merchant promised that the products would arrive, Tuesday , 6/16/26. I asked him if he could expedite the shipping because I needed the products. He said "unfortunately no because the products were coming from their Los Angeles warehouse. " (I live approximately 90 minutes from there. ). The representative promised the products would be at my home on June 16, 2026. By June 17, the order did not arrive as promised and I live approximately 100 miles from the warehouse. The website still showed "no tracking number created" and the order status was still listed as "unfulfilled. "

On June 17,2026, though I live less than 100 miles from Los Angeles; the products had not arrived as promised.
I disputed the case with PayPal who followed up, and ruled in my favor, refunding my money on June 28.

On July 3, over a month later, I received the products; and the status on the website had changed to "fulfilled. "

Since the products did not arrive for over a month ; I bought other products to replace them and no longer wanted or needed the SLMD products. I also did not want to keep products I did not pay for. First, I don't have a return shipping label and second I don't want to pay unfair return shipping costs for SLMD's lack of due diligence. I have twice contacted SLMD on their website to ask about how they would like me to handle the situation. In response, received two emails from SLMD, saying someone would contact me in the next few days. Nobody has contacted me to date-crickets.

Since SLMD had not responded with information as to how to return the items (it is now over two months since the original order) I contacted PayPal asking how to fix the situation. Like I said, I do not want to keep products that I did not pay for; and that I no longer want or need due to SLMD's delays. PayPal said I needed to contact SLMD. As I said above, I contacted SLMD twice. . . crickets.

The products remain unopened by my door, in their original packaging; while I wait for instructions from SLMD. It has been over 2 months since I placed the original order. I've spent way too much of my time trying to do the right thing.

If SLMD would just send me a prepaid return shipping label I will send back the products. Until then the box remains unopened. Hopefully, after this review, SLMD will respond to my requests for follow-up. Dealing with SLMD has been a source of time-consuming aggravation. I will never order from them again.

I love the products , they are easy to use and effective. Your customer service worst! I get repeated emails suggesting products that when I look are out of stock. My first order took over six weeks to be shipped with only one brief email that you were sorry it was delayed.

Ive only used this for a month but so far Im loving it!
